AADISH GEARS & TRANSMISSIONS PVT LTD.’ is a Private Limited Company, established in the year 2002.
Initially we were a ‘Proprietorship’ Company engaged in the manufacturing of all sorts of Engineering Components. Slowly, the Company started its activity in the field of Gears and thereby, slowly increased its product range in the various fields of ‘Transmission Products’. Today the Company is in the field of manufacturing of products like Gears, Sprockets, Timing Pulleys, Transmission Rollers, Gear Boxes and Oil Pumps.

OUR COMPANY IS A ‘ONE STOP SOLUTION’ FOR ALL THESE PRODUCTS AND WE ARE WELL KNOWN IN THE MARKET FOR QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE SUPPLIES, IN THE SPECIFIED TIME SCHEDULE.

We have the capability of providing ‘Technical Assistance’ required for the designing and development of the ‘Transmission Parts’.

Machine Shop

Our Machine Shop is fully equipped with all type of conventional machinery like Centre Lathes, Milling, DRO Milling, Radial Drilling, Drilling, Vertical Slotting, Tapping, Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Band Saw Cutting etc. These conventional machines are supported by CNC Turning Centers and VMC machines.

Quality Department

Our Quality Department is fully equipped with all type of Inspection Instruments and Testing Rigs,. The Inspection Gadgets are periodically calibrated and maintained. We are also supported by outside agencies for any of our critical requirements. Our staff is fully trained. We adopt the latest procedures in quality standards. Stage wise reporting of all the manufacturing activity is carried out to ensure the quality aspects at all stages of manufacturing.

We are more of a family than a Company as far as the Human Resources is concerned. Our Staff is well educated, loyal, and an initiated one.
